In the unfortunate event of you or your clients vehicle being involved in a non fault accident, there is a legal right to claim back uninsured losses from the person who caused the accident. What is an Uninsured Loss?

• Compensation in the event of injury or death
• Excesses under a comprehensive motor insurance policy
• Hire charges for a replacement vehicle whilst insured vehicle is being repaired

• Accident Repair Costs
• Compensation for damage to clothing, luggage or personal belongings

• Indemnity Limit of £50,000 for each claim, including solicitors fees, barristers fees, court costs and expenses for expert witnesses

• Loss of or damage to the insured vehicle
• Damage to any personal property owned by the insured person or for which the insured person is legally responsible whilst in or on the insured vehicle
